About Purcell Energy
In October 2002, Crown Capital Partners invested $5.0 million in Purcell Energy. Purcell was a Calgary based junior oil and gas exploration and production company focused primarily on the Fort Liard area of the Northwest Territories. Crown Capital Partners’ provided financing to fund the Company’s development of its gas field at Fort Liard. Crown Capital Partners exited this investment in October 2005.
