About Glen
Over an 18-year career in the Canadian financial services industry, Glen Roane held leadership roles in commercial banking, investment banking and investment management with TD Bank, Burns Fry and Lancaster Financial. Since 1997, Glen has principally served as a Corporate Director; he is currently the Chair of Badger Daylighting and a Director of Enerplus Corporation and the GBC American Growth Fund. Previously, he served as a board member of a number of TSX-listed energy/resources companies. Glen also served two terms as a Member of the Alberta Securities Commission. He has a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Business Administration from Queen’s University and also holds the ICD.D designation GBC American Growth Fund from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
